1.Our location：
Our factory located in Dongguan, China. One of the major city produce adult toys，15hours to HK. (our major products are vibrators, anal plug, welcome to check our catalogue or website.

2.Our brand：
Our brand is “Amor”, and we make white label order for our customer. For small order, we will use Neutral packing.

3.Quality：
Starting from the material, we arrange incoming inspections. Every sex toy must be inspected before shipment. In this way we fully control the quality.Vibrators for example-From checking the external features of the women’s sex toy to reviewing the product’s performance, we make sure each part passes our established quality benchmarks.

4.How to send sample：
For new customer, we will charge the sample cost,as we know customers would pay more attention to the paid” things but not “free things” ,we won’t get huge profits from the samples.After the customer receiving the sample, testing the quality, and plan to order more, we will return the first shipping fee from the order.
For our regular customer, we will send sample together with their bulk order.

5.Can I put my logo？
Yes, logo customization is OK, however, there is a minimum order quantity requirement. Generally, 1000pcs for a single color. If customer have products they want to develop, they can also send us their requirements or samples, and we will arrange free artwork.

6.How to start with OEM order
A.Use our current mode
No need a new mold, only change the logo and the package.
Please send your logo and package information to us, we will make a design for you, and send artwork or image to you to check the outlook. If everything is ok, then we start mass production.
B.Use customer mode
Please send your drawing or sample to us, we will start with design. After the design being approved, we will make a sample mold and test it, then we will send the sample to customer for approval in case everything is OK. After getting the sample, logo and package approval, we will start mass production.

7.How about the minimum order quantity?
Depends on different sex toys. If we occasionally have them in stock, we can support small order quantity, if out of stock, taking vibrator for example, then our minimum order quantity is 300pcs. Warm tips, the shipment is cheaper if your order more.

8.How to order and pay?
A.Alibaba Trade Assurance （2% extra Ali Cost），
B. PayPal （4.7% extra PayPal Cost），
C.T/T （$25 extra for each payment）.
D.Aliexpress(3% extra cost)

9.Shipment and Delivery time
Now will ship everything from China ,so you need the exact price with shipment cost, please advise your delivery address,and the quantity ,we will check the weight and find the best shipment solution for you.

10.Any agent or contact in other country?
Not yet, welcome to work as agent for us.

11.How about custom tax and duty?
We can provide documents to assist the customs declaration and the customs clearance, customer should pay the customs tax and duty, and we can show lower value on the invoice.

12.Any certificate?
Different country has different requirement for the certificate, so we do not offer the special certificate, and we will CE logo on the package. if customer really needs, we can apply for it, and the customer pay the cost for that.

13.Do you have AliExpress shop?
Yes, Our AliExpress shop is just started, welcome to follow us there, and if you need picture or information for promotion on your own website such as shopify, we can email you the data we have it.

14.Do you have a price list?
We do have a price list, and we have more than 300 items, it is difficult for you to read our price list, kindly please tell me the items you are interested in and order quantity, then I will check the exact price including shipment cost for you.

15.Any insurance for purchasing your product?
Something will happen during transportation, if it really happens, damaged ones, please take a video and send it to us, we will replace it together with your next order.

16.How can I keep informed about your new items?
Please send us your WhatsApp number or email address, we will send it to you from time to time.

17. Do you accept returns?
A. No. We check the products by putting batteries in them and looking for any manufacturer’s defects. If there is a problem with our product, we won’t sell it. If you take your item home and don’t like it or want it, then give it to a friend. We will not accept previously purchased merchandise in any exchange or return policy.

18. How discrete is your mail ordering or courier?
A. We are extremely discrete! All our packages are mailed out in plain, tan brown paper packaging. There is no mention of our name anywhere on the package. We want your repeat business, not people peeping into your business.

19. Confidentiality is guaranteed at all stages
Intimate goods are a purely personal acquisition and no one would like to be in an awkward situation. Therefore, all our sex toys are carefully packed in our warehouse in cardboard boxes without any marks or logos of our sex shop. Also, absolutely all information when ordering is strictly confidential and we are not entitled to disclose it to third parties. We always stand guard over each of our clients.
